Start by preparing an exercise with the name of your training method:
In the Library section click the "Add exercise" button.
Fill in the name of your training method and add all recommended data for your scientific methodology as description:
Provided information will then be available to your coaching staff as well. You can also link videos, PDFs or upload images. The following article will tell you how-to create or edit details of the new exercise.
The next step is create a re-usable session template:
In the Micro section click the "Create new template" button.
In the dialog choose a suitable name for your template and optionally add a description so that you can find it more easily later on:
When you click "Save", the workout editor will open. Use the search field at the bottom to add the exercise you have prepared:
Next, you need to edit the dosage of the new training method. To do so, click the "Edit parameters" button and add parameters and sets as described by your training method:
Some parameters will be needed to individualize the workload for athletes when you assign the template, i.e. "% of Load at 1RM". Read this article to learn more about parameter individualization.
Accept the changes to your parameters and save the session template.
Now you are ready to use this re-usable set-and-rep schema in a workout.
Open a new or existing workout where you want to apply the training method.
Use the search field to find the session template you have prepared in the previous step. The session template can be distinguished from the exercise by the blue square before its name. This will insert the exercise and all the pre-configured parameters into your workout.
