New templates can also be created by piecing together one or more workout sessions. Under the tab “Micro”, you'll find all your pre-built workout sessions.
To filter the micro template gallery, use the tabs "Session Templates", or "by date" or "alphabetical".
By clicking on the “Session Templates” tab, you filter the content for single workout templates. Workouts, in which one or more exercises are composed to one single session - are displayed.
In the micro template gallery (overview page), important information about the workout (names, number of exercises and sets) is displayed in the image on the left. In addition, you can add a short description directly underneath its name.
Choose your session using the search box. Type in a name, specific description (e.g: distance, workload etc.), training equipment, exercise, etc - and all appropriate results will be shown immediately.
Then open the selected template by simply clicking on the workout. All pre-built exercises will instantly be imported into the workout editor.
As a next step, use the powerful search box to add the second template to your draft. You can search and import the session by typing its name and then you'll get a preview of the exercises.
Additionally, you can insert another template by opening your library directly from the editor. Click the "Open Library" button and select the template you want to add.
All changes will be saved automatically.
