  • Add new exercises manually while planning just by typing in its name into the search box, or by selecting one of the starred exercises.

  • Additionally, you can insert a ready-to-use exercise by clicking the "Open library" button and then searching and selecting it. Add it to your draft by pressing the green "Add to Workout" button.

  • Trayn also lets you import a pre-built workout template by selecting it from the drop-down list or by clicking on the "Open library" button.

  • Trayn also lets you insert a specific comment or replace the exercise by hovering over its name and clicking the symbol.

  • With the "+" and "-" icons you can add or delete sets or rounds.

  • You can add parameters that are needed to set up the workload details for a specific exercise (training volume, intensity, etc.) by clicking on the blue “Add Parameter” button. Then select the required parameter from the drop-down list. Some parameters will be necessary to individualize the workload for athletes later on. Want to learn how-to customize your own parameters?

  • After that, you can select units for the parameter from the drop-down list on the right. Chosen units can either have a general (kg, pounds) or an individual value (% body weight, % 1RM, etc). All available units you will find in your admin section!

  • In addition to that, you can change the order of exercises. Select an exercise by hovering over its number on the left. The shape of the cursor will change. Then "grab" the exercise and drag it to a different location.

  • The same procedure can be done if you need to move parameters to other positions.

  • To delete an exercise, hover over its name and click on the grey “-” button on the right. You can also delete single parameters by hovering over the desired parameter and clicking the grey “-” button.

  • Changes are saved automatically while planning. Editing details in a session is that easy.
