You can find pre-built micro programs and workout sessions via the navigation item Micro. While a workout session (or routine) is composed of one or more exercises, a micro program is composed of one or more workout sessions.
Use the search input to find sessions or programs by their name, description and content.
You can filter the template gallery by clicking on the funnel icon next to the search input.
"Only Mine" will limit the search results to templates created by you. The βSession Templatesβ filters the content for single workouts. "Micro Template" will show you all micro programs, the "One Week", "2-3 Weeks", etc. entries below will filter them by duration.
For every item in the gallery, you can see a visual summary and its title and description.
The summary for workouts contains number of exercises and the overall duration in minutes. For micro templates the duration in days and the number of sessions is shown.
The profile images of your athletes indicate who has already been assigned to a specific micro program:
You can create a new template (workout or micro program) by clicking on the green β+β button in the upper right-hand corner on the template gallery screen.
