If you have prepared a set of workouts in your micro template gallery, you can provide them directly to your athletes
Calendar: assign them directly to the athlete's calendar
Workout list: create a list for the athlete to choose at their convenience

Calendar
From the template gallery
You can assign a template to only one athlete or the whole team. The system will then automatically synchronize the assessment data of your athletes with the workload patterns (parameters, units, and values) designed in a session template.
Quick assignment: Just drag and drop an athlete from the left pane to the desired session template:
A dialog will open. In the "Add to Calendar" section you can adjust date and time. After saving, a notification with a link to the workout in the calendar will show up.
From the calendar
To assign a workout to an individual or a team open the appropriate calendar first. Then click on the day and time where you would like it to take place or click the green "+" icon in the right corner.
First, select the “Workout” tab to insert one of your pre-built sessions or to create a new one from scratch. By using the search box you can also select a pre-built session from your library.
Then choose a title for your workout. If the title is different from the "suggested" one from the template, you only need to change the text in the box above.
You can then add the new entry to the calendar by clicking on the "Create Workout" tab. To edit details of the workout, simply select “Save and Edit Details” at the bottom.
In order to edit or delete the assigned workout, click on event. A dialog will open showing a summary of the planned workout. At the bottom of the dialog there are buttons to copy and delete the event. There's also a three-dot menu with more options (Copy or move to another calendar, move to next/previous week, Save as session template, Print) and a link to the details page of the event:
Workout list
If it is not clear yet, when the athlete can actually do the workout, you can let the athlete choose. A trainer can assign workouts to the athlete without a specific date and whenever they are ready, they can start the workout.
To do this, go to the athlete's section and select your athlete. Click on the tab Workout List and from the search field, select the workouts for this athlete
If you want to have more control over when the athlete performs a specific workout, you can set an availability period after adding the workout to the list.
You can also add and remove workouts from an athlete's workout list from the micro overview page, as described above in the "Calendar" section.
The athlete will have the option to add a workout from the list to their calendar:
Clicking the ⊕ button will show the workout list from where they can select a workout and track it immediately.
