Tips for using search

Organize and find your content faster

Updated over 2 years ago

On the micro template overview, you can use the search input at the top to search through content easily. This is simpler and faster than adding a taxonomy to your content (i.e. put every plan into a category or folder).

However, there are a few things we have learned from our coaches on how to organize your content to find it faster.

Search for specific properties

For workouts, you can search for templates that contain a specific exercise. If you search for exercises, you can refine by training equipment, or whether the exercise has a video.

Add keywords

You can include different kinds of keywords or even categories and add them to the template or workout. We offer a dedicated mechanism for this: see this article. Some coaches just add a specific letter to the start of end of their template name: They might use "S" for speed or "M" for mobility and just add it to the end of the workout name.

If you search for the template with that specific letter (e.g. "S"), the ones that you have tagged in that way show up immediately. This saves you some clicks and scrolling and is especially helpful, if your organization has hundreds of different templates.
