By clicking on Library in the top navigation, you open your exercise library, where all your exercises are stored. Exercises are important components in planning a workout session. Therefore, filling the library with content should always be one of the first steps to get started.ย

Filtering
You can search the library by exercise name, description, training equipment, muscle groups, and training areas by typing into the search input field.
Quick filters on the left below the search input allow you to quickly find what you are looking for
You can use the Favorites filter, to show only exercises you have marked as favorite. You can do this by clicking on the star to the left of the exercise name in the result list
Use the My Exercises filter to see only exercises that have been created by you.
The "With videos" filter limite the search results to exercises with a video.
After the quick filters, you find filter buttons for training focuses ("Power and Strength", "Endurance", ...). These limit the search results to exercises with training areas that belong to the selected focuses.
Pro tip: If you are using keywords, you can filter by using the exact keyword, or prefixing the keyword with kw:
, e.g. kw:"Core Strength"
for exercises tagged with the keyword "Core Strength". More information here.
Sort results
You can control how the results are ordered by clicking the button above the list of exercises:
Relevance will order the search results by quality of the match if you used the full-text search and/or some of the filters.
Name will list the exercises ordered alphabetically by their name
Rating will put exercises that have been marked by many users in your environment first. When using this sort mode, a number indicating how often an exercise has been favorited will show up next to the star button.
Usage will list exercises that have been used more often first. The app records how often an exercise is used by each user in a workout or referenced from a test. The usage data from all users in your environment is combined for ordering.
When using this sort mode, a small bar showing the relative usage count will show up in the search results.
The amount of usage data we keep per user is limited and may not always be 100% accurate.Last Edit to see the most recently edited or created exercises first.
Creation Date to see the most recently created exercises first.
