Attendance tracking and reporting

Keep history of your attendances and generate reports

Updated over 5 months ago

There are many cases where it is important for a trainer to see who has attended a training, competition, or any other event. When there are many participants in a training, remembering who participated, even just a few days afterwards, is quite difficult.

For every event in an athletes calendar or a team calendar, you can track who has attended and who did not. Adding this information for all trainings allows you to create a comprehensive report on your athletes' attendances.

Track attendance

Before you can track attendances of your athletes for the first time, please configure your account settings once. See Attendance Configuration for more information.

Calendar events

On events in the calendar, you can see a dedicated spot to track attendances at the bottom of the event popup.

Clicking this will open the attendance list

Attendance list

The attendance list shows all athletes that may participate. When you open the attendance list on the calendar of an athlete, you can add that athlete's attendance. Opening the list from a team calendar will show you a list of all team members.

From here, select the type of attendance for every individual athlete, or set all with one click at once.

Multi-Day events

For multi-day events, the attendance list shows an additional select list to choose the date for the attendance

Calendar with multi-day event and attendance list opened. The attendance list shows a select component with each day of the multi-day event as options.

Generate attendance reports

After having tracked some attendances, you can open the side bar in any calendar (individual or team) by clicking on the ☰ symbol in the upper left corner and selecting the Attendance tab.

Open "Attendance" tab from calendar side bar

From here, you can select the time range (week or month) and the visible calendar in case there are more than one calendar and you will see a table with all athletes and trainings and summarized totals in the last column
