Introduction to event attendance recording

This article describes the concept of attendance tracking and how it may be used in Trayn.

Updated this week

The core functionality of attendance tracking is to record one attendance status per user and event.

Depending on the configuration this can be used

  • to implement a system where athletes declare themselves whether they will participate in a scheduled training session or miss it for some reason

  • or it can be used by trainers to record who actually participated and who missed for which reason (only available in full version, see below).
