Open the planning view of a micro/meso template and decide on which day you want to start your program. Click on the β+β button of that day to insert one of your pre-built session templates, a new and empty workout or an entire micro template:
Use the search box to find one of your pre-build session templates. When adding a new session, enter a name and optionally duration and description for the workout. Clicking the "Save" button closes the dialog. "Save and Edit" will take you to the details page of the selected or the new workout.
You can also insert one micro template into another. Select the "Micro Template" tab in the modal dialog and use the search box to find the desired template. After selecting a template, a preview of the two merged templates will be shown:
If the selected template is longer than the current one, the duration of the latter will be adapted.
