Via the top navigation Micro, you find all your micro/meso programs and workout sessions. Micro/meso program templates can be designed for more than one day.
In the template gallery, you can see some useful information right below the template name: number of sessions, overall duration, athletes who are already working with this program. Additionally - if available - a short description.
You can filter the list of templates via the search field or by using the quick filters next to the search input. Clicking on one of “# Weeks” buttons will filter the templates by duration.
To create a new template click on the green button labeled "Create new template" in the upper right-hand corner. Then select the tab "Micro Template" - at the top.
Set the initial number of days to have a baseline to work with. You can always add or remove days later.
Name and description are shown in the result list. You may want to add something useful here to find your template at a later time. Then, click Save to open the planning view.

You can add and remove training sessions and change their order in the planning view.
Each day of your plan can have zero, one or multiple workouts. Use the square "+" buttons within each day to insert one of your session templates or add a new empty workout. Read more in the article Add Sessions to Micro/Meso Template.
Use the three-dot-menu of each of the days to insert or remove days from your templates or to remove the sessions planned for that day.
You can do the same for the week: On the left side, above the "Week X" label, there is another three-dot-menu. From there you can insert a week (“Insert Week before” or “Insert Week after”), or delete the entire week (“Delete Week”). You can use the buttons with the up and down arrows to change the order of the weeks.
The position of single days or workout sessions can be changed via drag-and-drop.
Clicking a workout session, opens a dialog that shows a summary of the session.
You can copy or delete the session by clicking the accordingly labeled buttons. To see and edit all details of the workout. click the "Edit session" link. If you don't want to or cannot use drag-and-drop to move the session to another day, click the link in the dialog title to change day and slot of the session.
To directly edit the details of a workout sessions, you can click the link with the pencil icon next to the session's name in the planning view.
