Create New Set-and-Rep Templates

Design custom training-method templates with any parameter that will be needed to set up workload details for training volume and intensity.

  • When you are in the "Library" section, you can create name and details of a new training method by pressing the “green +” button in the upper right corner.

  • Afterwards, you can add all recommended data for your scientific methodology manually.

  • Provided information will then be available to your coaching staff as well. You can also link videos, PDFs or upload images. The following article will tell you how-to create or edit details of the new entry.

  • As a next step, you need to design a re-usable "Set-and-Rep" scheme. Start from scratch by clicking the green “+” button in the upper right corner in your micro section

  • After that, choose a suitable name for your template  and add a description so that you can find it more easily later on.

  • By clicking “Create” you open the initial planning dialogue. After that, you can insert the exercise (=training method's name with all its details) from the library.

  • You can also open your library directly from the workout editor by clicking the blue "Open Library" button.

  • As a final step, you need to edit the dosage of the new training method. To do so, add parameters that are needed to set up workload details for training volume and intensity.

  • Some parameters will be needed to individualize the workload for athletes when you assign the template. To chose suitable training parameters from a drop-down list, you need to press the "Add parameter" button first. Select the exercise parameters you need, add the appropriate values and off you go!

  • After that, you must select suitable units for the parameters on the right.

  •  In addition to that, you can move parameters to other positions by hoovering over the name on the left. The shape of the cursor will change. Then "grab" the parameter and drag it to a different location.

  • Although a number of standard exercise parameters are already available, you might need to add some specific ones. In the following article you can read more about how-to customize training parameters.

  • In a final step you substitute the placeholder [Maximum Load Method] by hovering the cursor over the “Replace Exercise” icon next to name and then choose the appropriate exercise.

  • How can we now create workouts with multiple exercises? First select the appropriate set & rep schemes [Training Method] for the exercise you have in mind. Then interchange the placeholder by the preferred exercise.

  • Changes will be saved automatically.
