Sometimes you want to plan a one-off training, unrelated to other workouts. To create such a session, you have to start from the calendar where you want the session to appear: select an athlete or a team calendar.
Click the target time slot or the "Plus" (⊕) icon in the lower right corner. You will see the dialog to add an individual training.
From here, you can set a title for this workout and change date and time. You may also have the option to choose a different target calendar.
At the top of the dialog, you can change the type of the event. By default, this dialog creates an individual training. However, you can change this, if you want to add a generic event or a game or competition.
Select Workout
You can use the input field to select a pre-built session.
After selecting the workout, you see the title changes automatically and the routine is shown.
Clicking on "Save and show details" will close the dialog and update calendar. If you selected the wrong workout, you can click the little trash can on the right to remove the workout again
Select Exercises
You can also choose to just add exercises without any workout to start from. Without selecting a pre-built workout (or removing the existing workout), select "Save and show details" to go to the event details.
Here, you can click on "Edit Workout" to go to the workout details:
Using the input field, you can add individual exercises or a set of exercises from a routine to the current workout.
Reuse: save a workout template
If you think this workout can be used again in a different context, you can always choose to create a new workout template from the current workout. To do this, click the Save as Template button in the lower right:
Repeating events
Form a workout on a calendar, you also have the option to repeat a workout session over a certain period of time. If you want the same workout to happen twice a week for the next three weeks, this saves you time and lets you plan faster.
To do this, hover over a particular workout in the calendar, click on the gear (⚙) symbol and select Edit Details.
Check the Repeat Event box, select a time frame and configure the recurrence.
If you want to change a single event of the series, you just have to choose the corresponding option in the confirmation dialog on save.
To delete a repeating event, hover over the appropriate calendar entry, click on the gear (⚙) symbol and select Delete. Now you can choose between deleting a single or all events.
