Viewing and Tracking Workouts

How to see your planned and past workouts and how to record your achievements.

Updated over a year ago

Training Overview and Calendar

The "Training" view in the athlete app will give you a compact overview of today's planned workouts and a glimpse of what will come up in the next days.

In case your trainer has curated a list of workouts for you, you can select a workout by clicking the Select Workout button. The calendar just below the list of workouts allows you to view workouts and other events for a specific date.

Viewing Workouts

When you open a workout, you will see the list of exercises. Tapping an exercise will expand its details, i.e. how many repetitions you should do.

Clicking the info button (the circled "i" - β“˜), you can open video and instructions for the exercise.

Use the Workout Guide to get a step-by-step view for all exercises and sets of the workout. If the exercise has a duration, there will be a timer to help you to keep track of the time.

Tracking Workouts

When you're finished, click the Done button to mark the workout as completed.

You can also mark the whole workout or individual exercises or sets as skipped, in case you were not able to complete them as planned. Use the buttons with βœ“ (checkmark) βœ— (crosses) to mark parts of the workout as Done or Skipped.

You can use the gear icon (βš™), if you want to record detailed information on some of the parameters.

Click the Save button when you're done, and the workout will appear with a green icon in your training overview.
