Note: General restrictions regarding content editing can be configured by changing the ownership model.
If you want to prevent accidental changes to a test you have created, you can lock it for editing. For this, open the test and scroll down to the controls for the test. You will see Lock editing.
Enabling this, will prevent any changes to the test, event for their owner. You can always add results, but the test cannot be changed.
A locked test will show a lock sign (🔒) next to their name to indicated that they cannot be edited.
As an owner, you can also remove the edit lock again
