Oftentimes, it is necessary to change a planned workout. Sometimes, this change can happen a few days before the workout, sometimes, the plan has to be changed during the workout.

By default, if you are allowed to edit a calendar, you can also edit existing calendar events and trainings. Athletes may also be able to edit workouts on their calendar when the appropriate setting is active - see Athlete Calendars: Edit own calendar.

You will see information on the most recent change at the top of the calendar event.

To change this setting, an administrator can go to the environment settings and toggle Restrict editing calendar events.

With this restriction enabled, only the user who has created the event will be able to change it. This is also the case for any workout on the calendar.
