Follow through on how to see what is planned and save your training results

Updated over 2 years ago

Open the Workouts section in the web app and find a workout that was planned by your trainer. On the details screen of the workout, you may find a description and a list of exercises with parameters like repetitions, duration, weight, etc.

Once you're done, track your workout as done (βœ“) or skipped (βœ—), so your trainer can assess your training data. There are three ways to do so:

  • Track the whole workout

  • Track individual exercise sets

  • Enter detailed tracking information

Track the whole workout

The tracking menu at the bottom lets you mark the complete workout as Completed or Skipped. It will display the current tracking status - so it'll read Not tracked initially. In case the workout was not tracked correctly, you may also use this menu to reset tracking information.

Track individual exercise sets

Next to every exercise or set of exercises there's a button that allows you to mark it individually as Done with one click or Skipped with a second click. Once you have added your results to the whole workout, hit the Save button.

Enter detailed tracking information

If you want to let your trainer know exactly, how many repetitions you actually did for each exercise, click the Edit Tracked Workout link. This will open a form you can use to fill in all details for your workout.
