As an administrator, you can assign different roles to your users via the user management pages in the admin section: Admin > Manage Users. Select an athlete and scroll to the roles section to see the roles assigned to this athlete:
Note: toggling the switch will immediately update the user and add/remove the specified role.
Users can be assigned any number of roles from this list. Here, a short description
Athlete
When this role is set, the user can be added to a team as an athlete. Trainers can add workouts to an athlete's personal calendar and record their performance measurements.
Note: The athlete role can't be disabled if self-managed training is enabled.
Trainer
Similar to athletes, trainers can be added to a team as a trainer. They will see all other athletes in the teams where they are trainers, can add and remove athletes from the team and add workouts to the team's calendar.
Note: The trainer role can't be disabled if self-managed training is enabled or the user has the role Organization Trainer (below).
Organization Trainer
An organization trainer can see and work with all athletes in all teams and even athletes that are not assigned to any team.
Note: This role requires that the user already has the Trainer role (above)
Admin
Administrators can access the admin interface where they can manage teams and users, and assign roles. From the admin screen, they can configure parameters for exercises and tests, access the activity log and control general settings for their Trayn environment.
Billing Admin
Users with this role can configure payment settings, the subscription, and access invoices. They can set the number of available users and enable or disable additional paid features.
