Note: as an administrator, look at our article on Team management.

You can manage and organize your athletes from the team overview page. Clicking on Athletes, you find all athletes of the selected team. To switch between different teams, click on the drop-down list (next to your name) in the upper right-hand corner.

By clicking on a tab "Any position" in the upper left corner, you can filter the team for sport-specific disciplines, positions or groups - you name it.

To add a new athlete to a team, click on the green “+” button in the upper right-hand corner. Insert her/his name and an email address, and click on the green “Create” button.

Edit Athlete

To complete the profile of the athlete, click on the picture or name in the team overview on the left. Then insert or change "Base Data", “Personal Data” or “Contacts” of an athlete, by selecting the appropriate tab at the top. Additional information can be added at any point by editing the text fields.

Coaches using our platform can easily create their own custom "Base Data" section, using any scale they wish to use. They can also change the order and title of all measurement boxes at any time.

Daily measurements - like body weight or body fat, but also personal records or game evaluation results can be added. Simply fill out the boxes and press the "Add" button. Previous entries can be deleted or edited by clicking the link on the right.

Additionally - you can add personal notes and comments on athletes in the "Base Data" section at the bottom. This simplifies communication between coaching and medical staff.

The "Settings" section lets you change and resize the picture of your athlete, by clicking on the profile image. This would also be the place to change login data and deactivate accounts.

You can adjust training plans when unexpected injuries or schedule changes arise. By clicking on the athlete's calendar icon (Micro) in the upper right-hand corner you can view and edit all his/her personal training and rehabilitation sessions, competitions, and events on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Individual calendars are automatically synchronized with the team calendar.

Injuries

Trayn also gives you the option to monitor players injury rehabilitation and adapt plans with ease. You can add and store specific injuries or illnesses to your athlete’s profile. Under the tab “Injuries”, important information (diagnosis and symptoms, rehabilitation programs with external links, etc.) is stored to make sure that no personal data is lost and everyone of the coaching and medical staff is on the same page. If an athlete is injured or ill right now, her/his picture is marked with a “Red Cross” badge.

Test results

Under the tab “Test Results”, all personal assessment results are stored to show individual progression for available tests or to compare individual results to the team average. Testing data enables you to personalize training programs. Individual test results with specific benchmarks can also be printed by clicking on the icon on the right.

Trayn also gives you the option to add new test results directly to the archive by clicking on the green “New Test Run” button in the lower right-hand corner. Available test protocols can be selected from a drop-down list.

Workouts

Under the tab "Workouts" you can track who has completed the assigned training. Players can track workouts, questionnaires or game self-evaluation protocols directly from their smartphones. The colored "Completion indicator" on the left of an activity and the "Compliance chart" help you track and compare training results on an individual basis.

Evaluating directly the efficiency of training  programs has never been that easy.

Messages

Trayn also comes with a built-in messaging system with notifications that will support you with your planning and tracking. You can add comments to past activities by clicking the bubble on the right. The athlete will then get notified.

Use the messaging system to communicate with your athletes or to discuss injury treatments and rehab programs. It will also enable you to receive fast feedback from your athletes on your planned workout sessions.
