Answer a questionnaire

Questionnaires are collections of questions that should be answered at regular intervals. This can be every day, or only on specific days of the week.

After you have received a questionnaire to answer, a new navigation item will show up in the app:

The red dot on the icon shows that there are currently unanswered questionnaires. Once you have submitted responses for all questionnaires assigned to you, the red dot will disappear until new responses can be submitted.

Finding your questionnaires

When you open the questionnaires, you'll see the questionnaires assigned to you

The first entry in the screenshot above shows a questionnaire that was answered already, the second is still waiting for an answer, and the third was not answered but is already closed for the day, because it's only open for responses before 10:00.

Answering a Questionnaire

Depending on the type of the question, you can respond by clicking on a scale, selecting a radio box, entering a number or typing some text.

If a question is marked Optional, you don't have to respond. Once you have answered all questions, hit the Save button and you're done.

You can change your responses for the current day by opening that questionnaire again.

Push Notifications

If your browser supports push notifications, you will be asked to enable them. If you agree, your trainer can configure the app to send you a reminder every time you should answer a questionnaire.

You can enable/disable this push notifications at any time from Profile And Settings > Notifications.
