PERSONAL CALENDAR

  1. The „Agenda-View“ gives you the best overview of your day on your mobile phone.

  2. On the laptop you can also switch to weekly or monthly views.

WORKOUT DETAILS

  1. Select the workout you want to start with.

  2. Click on an exercise to see its details.

  3. There you will find all personal training variables, coaching tips and videos

DETAILED EXERCISE DESCRIPTIONS & VIDEOS

  1. There might be coaching-tips right underneath the exercise name.

  2. If you click on the exercise name itself, you’ll usually find a detailed description and a video.

TRACK WORKOUTS

If the workout is done, you should track it by clicking the "check-mark" icon on the right.
