For an individual team, you can configure how athletes may be contacted via messaging. As administrator, you will find this in the Settings tab of the team.

Athletes of an organization can see all other athletes and trainers, even if they are not on the same team.

Team

Athletes can see trainers and other athletes on the same team.

Athletes only see trainers on the same team
