Sometimes athletes or coaches will not use Trayn for a longer period of time. No coaching in the off-season, longer injury, school, or anything else might be the reason. However, you may want to keep their data for after that period, so deleting the user might not be a good option. You can deactivate a user and they won't count against your user limit.

βCoaches can deactivate athletes and clients in the Athletes section by clicking the Settings tab. Athletes have to be members of the currently selected team to be visible.
Deactivated accounts are shown under the athletes list on the left: Manage deactivated accounts. From there you can "re-activate" disabled athletes.
As an administrator, you can manage the status of an user account in the Manage Users section in the admin panel. Select a user and find the Deactivated toggle in the Settings section.Β
