With Trayn you can add and configure your own movement categories or training areas/labels for exercises and drills. These training categories emphasize the range of use for a specific exercise.
Press the gear icon next to your profile picture to open the "Admin" section.
There, admins can add and configure training areas or categories for exercises and drills that will be used for micro and macro planning.ย
Assign a new category or training area/label to a specific focus (Power & strength, speed & agility, sport-specific training etc.) by clicking the appropriate radio button and then pressing the "Save" button.
