If you cannot remember your password for Trayn, you can quickly create a new one:
On the login screen
Select "Forgot your Password?"
In the new form, enter your email address and select "Reset Password"
You should receive an email within a few minutes.

On the login screen on mobile, first select

Within a few minutes, you should receive an email with further instructions.

On desktop, or a browser go to app.trayn.com and click the "Forgot" link right at the end of the password field
On the next form, enter your email address and click "Reset Password"
You will receive a link via email that you can use to reset your password.
