No problems logging into the web app, but still problems on iOS? On some configurations it is possible that multiple wireless networks (e.g. WiFi and cell) enabled at the same time cause problems. Try deactivating one of them and see if this works. Thank you to Philipp Greimel who has helped us identify this.
